Not easy to open password it hard ?

Brand new member with two issues. - while creating my account site and for 4-15 characters to create custom profile link (no other requirements mentioned). So far I've tried 7 variations of numbers/letters with each promoting error message "custom profile link is invalid" without giving me a reason why. -Downloaded the app but so far have not been able to open it once without crashing. Using lg Stylo 2 phone. I have never rated an app negatively until now and it's only because I think Blink is an amazing concept that fills a huge void in the creative community...and I hope the constructive criticism will push developers to improve it. If I were an investor I'd be buying stock right about now.

Will not capture my location, doesn't search, crashes constantly, etc. Essentially, useless!

Unfortunately, this app crashes upon login every time on two Android 6.0 devices (LG G4 phone and Dell Venture 8 tablet). I want badly to update my location to get assignments but I am stuck at this point because only the app allows this, and the Blink website does not appear to have the same feature.
