I signed up to the app as I went to the Manchester gig on the 18th and tried redeeming the free gig mp3 but it keeps saying error :( not happy at all

Unable to log in. I setup an account using the app, got an email to set my password which I did and then when I go back to the app and try to sign in and it tells me to setup another account in an endless loop. Such a shame, I was looking forward to using this app
