They dont know a thing what these buoys mean.

The app while intended to be educational is very misleading - and I'd go so far as to say dangerous - as the yellow and black bouy the cardinal top marks are shown on are the same in each case. Wheras the yellow and black markings on cardinal bouys also change depending on whether it's a N S E or W bouy. Please use proper images of cardinal bouys rather than photoshop the top marks of the same bouy. That done, this would then become a useful app.
