The app won't let me open saying l haven't updated data or don't have a strong connection. Both are untrue.

The developers are letting this app die. No more updates for major Android OS upgrades which means this app is using deprecated code which doesn't work. Until they update this app, don't bother downloading.

App generally works as intended, redemption of rewards can be... challenging, although it has improved greatly. Generally love the idea, I ride to work and have tons of points. But I can't log in with my new device, and the password recovery is not sending email to me, and yes, I checked my spam. Emailed support 2 weeks ago, no response. Very disappointed to think my accumulation of points was... pointless. 😥

I've enjoyed this app. Lots of good outings for beer and food with friends with a deal BUT now it won't take my password to login, nobody can be contacted to fix it. Considering it is February here in Vancouver and while I like to ride year round, it is DEFINTELY riding weather this week it is a shame not to be rewarded. I wonder how the partner vendors feel about it? How did they sign up? Should they also be uninstalling? Some details also didn't work well i.e. my top speed is over 1000 km/hr = I renamed by bike Super Bee (if you're into old cars that will make sense). Please - I just wish they'd fix it!

Great idea poorly executed. It doesn't track automatically like a pedometer so it's easy to forget to even turn it on. It has a limited number of partner companies and you don't earn anything free, just discount coupons for larger purchases.
