Berawal dari kepentingan bersama sebuah komunitas alumni Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri 4 Cirebon yang mendambakan adanya kemudahan dalam berbelanja kebutuhan sehari hari di kota Cirebon, terutama pemenuhan kebutuhan SEMBAKO dengan harga terjangkau dan pemesanan secara online.

Dalam perjalanan nya pelanggan berkembang tidak hanya terbatas pada lingkungan komunitas Alumni, tapi juga mencakup masyarakat Cirebon dan sekitarnya yang telah merasakan kemudahan berbelanja SEMBAKO dan kebutuhan sehari-hari dengan cara hemat dan mudah di SEMPAT MART.

Para pendiri berharap keberadaan toko online ini dapat memberikan manfaat sebesar besarnya kepada masyarakat Cirebon dan sekitarnya. Menjadi ikon baru tentang toko online dari kota Cirebon yang juga membawa misi penyebarluasan ke-khas-an identitas sebuah kota pesisir yang dikenal kaya akan budaya dan sejarah masa lampau.
