I love the app I just received the light stick two days ago and at first I couldn't get it to work but then I realized as soon as the app opens you have to turn on your Lightstick and then immediately turn of the blue button and it will connect , this Lightstick is so beautiful I hope I can go to a concert one day

I can't connect my lightstick with the app, I used to be able to do it but not any more and I don't know why. I followed all the steps and checked that everything was ok and it still doesn't connect :(

Soooo... it wont connect with my lightstick. I have everything correct, bluetooth on, press green button for 2 seconds, press blue button for 2 seconds, it just wont connect, and I know my lightstick is official since I ordered it from bighit and it has an official bighit license on the box.

I have a questions... my lightstick bluetoot is appeared on my phone but can't connect? Everytime i try to use this app, my phone seems to reject my lightstick. I already do like the manual instruction, press green x 2 seconds to activating the lightstick, press blue x 2 seconds to activating the bluetooth, and check the GPS is on, the lightstick name is appeared on my phone but idk which one that keep rejecting, it can't connect? I'll change the star rating when it's working.

It wont let me connect my lightstick it says "lightstick not found" i keep on trying again and again but don't work

[Key Features]

1. Smartphone Bluetooth Connection
After turning on the light stick, press the blue button for 2 seconds to turn on the Bluetooth function.
Activate Bluetooth on your smartphone, and bring the light stick close to the screen.
If you can't connect to Bluetooth, check if the GPS is turned on.

2. Concert mode
Enter your concert ticket information and pair your light stick. You can enjoy various stage effects during the concert. This menu will be enabled several days prior to a concert.

3. Self mode
After connecting your light stick with a smartphone, you can change the LED lighting color by selecting your preferred color from the app.

[Important Information]
- Before the concert, check your ticket information and register on your light stick through this app.
- Please enjoy the show from the same seat which is registered on your light stick. If you move to another seat, this may interfere with the proper operation of the “Official Light Stick Wireless Control” feature.
- Please check the battery level before the show, to make sure the light stick does not shut off during the show.
- If you have trouble entering your seat information, you can ask for help from the support staff at the venue.
