There is a glitch in the app. Last time, I tried to order an item on offer for Rs175, but when I would put it in the cart, its cost would be Rs 360. This time I applied for cashback voucher of Rs 200 on a purchase of 1999, I ordered items worth 2299 the offer time between 1-7 Jan. I could see the cashback when I ordered, but it was not in the bill. The customer care is not helpful. Edit: I made another order after I received a call from BB. I heard them this time, hopefully they will next time!

Bigbasket was my go-to app to order groceries for home but recently when I tried to order dry anchovies (fresho brand), I received expired products twice. Even the packaging is not good, I don't understand why BB has expired products in their inventory. All you can do as a customer is to raise a return request, they can atleast have an exchange option added in their lazy app. I don't recommend BB for meat orders.

Wow my review is also being deleted now! Customer support is useless! App doesn't work. Only categories section is shown, when you tap on any, it says "We're sorry. No results found." As if I've installed the app to memorise the name of the items shown in the cover page. You keep deleting my review, I'll keep pasting the same again n again. I've copied it now.

Fed-up of undelivered orders. So many times they cancel some parts of the order at the last minute that it completely ruins the experience of shopping with them. Worse especially if u have prepaid a day before & still it's not available. It's such a horrible experience if items don't get delivered on time if we have plans already or a party. I definitely can never rely on bb to fulfil my shopping needs. There is always a voice at the back of my head saying some items won't be delivered.

Looks like latest version is not allowing me to login, each time it popup with login screen and even after successfully completing OTP process, it redirecting to me same login screen. I have tried few troubleshooting techniques like clear cache, clear storage, reinstall, unfortunately nothing worked for me. Team, can u resolve asap.

After the recent update this app is hanging like anything... Getting black screen, white screen , nothing opening in the app.... App Developers need to look into it... Its happening from 2-3 days since the new look of the app... After cleaning cache and data its still the same. I have 4 more delivery apps they are working fine... I am saying again.. developer needs to look into this issue, if i am facing this then i am shure many others are also....
