I have sent a message, but it's just gotten to be ridiculous. Now my issue is back to having missing items that they claim were delivered, but I never received them. customer service sends the same information look in bushes and around the mail box, well I live in a apartment complex and the mail would have gone to the office. I have cancelled my subscription and I'm now going to lose one item that I really wanted. It's my fault for thinking that my issue would be resolved. Don't download it

good design....awesome catalog....customer support....patient but unhelpful when it comes to problems...have had a blidz account 360days exactly left for a while and came back....all of the points accumulated had expired??? even had email problems for payout...basically it was my fault for changing emails....would have rated 5 stars but because customer support is a major factor in any app I rated it 3 stars

I thought this was a cool app at first, but I never received any of the perks listed in the membership. I cancelled it, and was not only charged again, but charged double, then they hit me again for the membership, and upon bringing it to their attention, nothing has been done. No refunds issued, as a matter of fact, Joy quit promotly responding to my emails once I sent her the documentation from my bank. Then they tried to charge me an additional $49.99. Don't waste your time or money not worth

Well, it looked like a good idea, even tho, I'm trying to figure out the sustainability of the system. It's been probably 4 or 5 days that the app is only showing me free or almost free deals, but it doesn't let me checkout anything. I tried talking to support though the app's chat, answering one of the emails that were sent to me, and through the support email. Not a single response. I couldn't finish any deal, I don't know why, and there's no support available never. I hate being ignored!

Malvertising at it's finest, do not download. I tried to jump on an offer for $0.99, and when I went to pay with PayPal, they requested more than 4x the amount for Blidz+, which I explicitly disabled. When trying to pay with my card, I was nearly charged $15 instead for fees that weren't there just a minute before. They also do not verify ages despite their Terms of Service. This violates Google Play's policies for fraud and child safety, and I've requested account deletion.

I had this app earlier in the year and deleted it a few days after because I no longer wished to use the platform. Months later, I've been charged to my bank card for Blidz+ without my permission. On top of that, my old Blidz account doesn't have Blidz+ even though I was charged it. I contact support for this issue but they didn't address the issue at all. I don't recommend downloading this app unless you want to get scammed out of your money.
