The redesign (some months ago) was great, but it made accessing certain sections of the app sooooooo slow.

You do realize that locking mobile on is sometimes a sign of spyware? A problem you wouldn't expect or suspect with a library thing. It is concerning and many of us use free wifi or that from our non mobile internet plans. Please fix it. Otherwise I'm tempted to uninstall something I find otherwise quite useful. I've uninstalled other apps that lock mobile on as possible spyware. 99% of my apps on my phone don't lock mobile on in data settings.

This app has been improved on from when I first started using it and I want to tip my hat to the designer. Easy to use, with good recommendations presented. Would be even better if the recommendations were more contextual based on my previous reads or topics of interest. I enjoy this app and love VPL! Thanks for this app :)

It seems very unfinished and I recommend using the website (which you will be redirected to soon enough in the app anyway). OverDrive's highly navigable Libby app is a better choice until funds are put into improving this app.

clunky, but serviceable. does basic functions as intended. not outstanding in any sense, but not lacking much in terms of core functionality either.

This app is terrible. It is sorely outdated. I was rarely successful in listening to audiobooks or reading ebooks because the app would malfunction.
