Interface is as basic as can get. Reminds me of an old pre-2000 webpage. App keeps closing when I tap on location. Needs better design as everything looks random. At least you can get a book with it.

Totally worthless. Won't remember your password. It won't let you copy and paste password after you put in your card number. Just an absolutely frustrating totally worthless absolute no good app. Other than that everything is just peachy.

Can't even login the app just doesn't work I've reinstalled 3 times since I'd rather use the app for convenience than the website but it seems that that would be impossible at this point ah well it was worth a shot.

Needs better integration with Overdrive app. Clunky to use. Yes it is a free service but that does not mean it has to have poor UX.

App doesn't work, even after yesterday's update, still says to check my internet settings on my phone (my settings are just fine). So I'm stuck using the website since this app is useless.

It didn't recognize the account from which I returned a DVD, checked out more, & paid fines yesterday around 5:00 p.m. If I need to activate an already active account, for mobile, the help section doesn't tell me how to do this.
