Promising but uninstall due to fatal flaw: the app pits the phone on vibrate either radomly or perhaps when do not disturb gets triggered. On my moto x4 the app keeps muting all my notifications rendering the phone useless under that aspect. Fixes one thing, messes up many others, rather unfortunate.

Much better -- Doesn't stop music with a pop up ad while you're trying to adjust volume. Music keeps playing.

This app suggest that it can control notifications separate from ring sound but I do not think it does.
