Very bad service. I ordered a dress and want to return it but my return is still processing. I requested a return on 20 June and today is 5 July. I tried contacting the customer care but the call is not being received. I don't know how else to contact.

Very bad experience. There is no way to contact. Number is always switch off. Item is taking too much days for delivery. Very poor service. Still waiting for my product.

This app is not good. Also the services from.the company is not good. I bought something and had to return becz size was not a good fit. I returned it on 11june and today is 21june. Package is received by them as shown by courier company but still awaiting my refund. Also the app is not good. I have tried to login many times but i didnt receive any otp for login although it shows otp sent successfully. This company gives 7days return policy. But what if courier company delays!
