I am not able to set either Ting Data or Ting MMS as the APN Name. I get an error msg stating that I cannot for this device which is a Samsung S10e with ATT. Please contact me so this can be corrected

I need some more help. My APNs settings is greyed out so I am unable to change them. I think my phone is rooted but i dont have permissions... It a "network unlocked" Sprint LG Stylo 5 and i have TMoble service. I tried talking the people i bought it from and they are no help... I can only send and recieve mms to and from people with Sprint service. I tried a couple things (nothing too advanced) with no luck.
