The idea of the app is great, but it doesn't reflect real life. Each 'service' time slot can have 4 cars booked, (the service centre stated 3 mechanics), in short arrive on time for your booking and still wait 30+ more minutes until the car gets seen. (the service center stated about 1.5hrs needed for a basic service) The first time slot (8:00) is one of the busiest and no staff will be there before 8:00.
