I have a phone that has weak notification alerts but resists changes to the notification sound. I tried so many apps to see if I could find one that worked but none did. I finally found how to do it, and this app helped me create an alert I like. It was easier to use than others I tried, easier to understand the editing features... installed on another phone and although it works, sometimes it doesn't finish the "save" operation. Also, ads pop up and have to wait to finish cutting.
