I made payment for premium content but even after the payment was done I'm unable to access.. tried contacting the provided mail address in the app.. no response yet.. was really looking forward to their content but very disappointed with how it is going so far.. thankfully I opted for the monthly plan so it isn't such a big amount.. I feel bad for the people who get trapped by the yearly plan scheme because of the discount..
