I will never consider paying for something, when it's free features don't work. Both the website and app have issues. Great in theory, the execution needs to work. I hope the T.O. part is worth the trouble. But then again, the system seems to think the event is in the past, and won't allow new registrations. So it's been a pain for them as well.

Player Details has not worked for months now, skips the list verification page (shows for like half a second) and the page that the list is suppose to be posted on is not formatted property so you can't actually paste your list. The PDF upload does not work either. Hard to check into an event if you can't get your list loaded

Won't login, despite password reset and logging in on web browser. Poor design 0 communication, buggy and unreliable. Walk away. Invest in something else.

The website is bad and I thought the app was better but I'm wrong again both are no good. Continues to fail to log in, also was saying wrong password and or username which I checked about 5 times and they were correct. I'm trying to log into the app and the website and both are not working. Network error on website and failure to log in on the app. I have reset, restarted and reinstalled everything and still no change....

Went to a tournament and in the middle BCP crashed. It caused not a small amount of downtime. The tournament organizers had to switch to another software. This is not the first time this has happened either. Other players had issues even running the software to check in and submit lists. My other issue is that they hide data behind a paywall and that seems dumb. From now on I will use the free and more reliable software and hopefully never have to touch this companies stuff again.
