退訂一定要打電話去客服那邊才能 整體而言的體驗感受可以說是相當糟糕。（題外話客服態度算不錯，會問你為什麼想要退訂，然後會說如果以後如果改進後希望可以再次服務到您） 為什麼可以不經同意自動續！！！，用“試用”的名義去包裝，說真的感官超不好。 再來就是軟體實用性部分 1.單字卡只能有1000筆資料，說實在不太夠用。 2.發音，有些發音蠻詭異...建議可以去聽牛津的發音 3.59元/月，只能說貴。不論app還是電腦版，功能不到位，相較於其他英文辭典app特色在那邊...？
