It is now 10/16/20, the software was corrected back in mid-May. Now I'm back having problems again. Can not open app. All I get is a blank screen. When are you getting to get your act together. I'm paying for this app and can not use it! App use to work well, but the update on Thursday, May 7th screwed the pooch. I can no longer sign in. My account is up-to-date and I can sign in using my tablet and the Berkshire Eagle website. So what happened?

I think it is important to have access to the local news and The Eagle offers this beautifully. The local writers are excellent and the selection of national correspondents is quite exceptional. Along with general excellence they are also responsive - I had trouble downloading the app and I got a very fast, useful response that solved the problem.

Was once happy with the app but since the last two updates, no longer can I get in. My son works for the eagle and I was able to use it through him but not anymore. I realize that the pandemic is causing financial problems for not just us but the business as well. Very disappointed 😞. Most businesses have perks for workers, obviously this perk is no longer. Sad 😥

At first i would have given a 5 stars but all the sudden one morning i go to read my BE app annd could not because SUDDENLY i was told i had to PAY for the digital edition.... Which is the BE app. I loved the app i mean 5 PLUS stars liked. You can favorite certain articles. I enjoyed the app immensly..... Until one earky morning i sit with my coffee and BOOM no more reading the morning E- Edition because i cannot pay the subscription monthly after that first $.99 They fail to let you in on that.

Confusing to get around to read it. Signed up for the 99 cent special on 7/15/20. On 8/11/20 they charged my credit card $13.00 to continue my subscription which I had no intention of keeping. On 8/12/20 I called the Eagle to cancel my renewal. They did and it ended my remaining days on my first month.
