Old version was better than the present version.At present the app is running very slow and disturbing.My ID verification was pending.I noticed that there were 4 options.One of them is PAN.But whenever I opted PAN,the application became suddenly stopped automatically.Many times, when I wanted to see View Profile option and touched on it,the next stage was totally blank.So,I think this is a great example of giving Service by taking money or business without principle! Shame on it !!!

I took a platinum membership. After that when I tried sending requests to members, I discovered, i am not eligible because, i had taken "Regular Platinum" subscription and I would require "Prime Platinum", which obviously costs 2 times of what I had already paid. This is the worst experience I ever had. In the garb of innovative business plan, they started fooling people. Really disappointed.

Very bad experience. Never download it. I hid my phone number still I am getting calls and calls. I never got a good profile plus when I am trying to delete my account they don't allow me do it ever. I have tried to delete it more than a 100 times. For heaven sake, please let me delete my account. It seems you have owned my account as my number is still visible despite hiding it and you don't allow me delete my account. Worst app ever. Time waste and energy waste.

The customer services are only there to give false information and lure you to become premium member. I have taken premium services for six months. I used to receive junk interests(more than 50%) from unwanted members though I strictly mentioned my partner preference/filter in my profile. When I raised a complaint, the customer service personnel asked me to get another paid service for this type of intelligent filtering. *Think twice before you take premium service from Bengali Matrimony*

Pathetic app, keeps on crashing. I always update my phone and apps, and this app just keeps on crashing after a few mins. Pathetic. Also even after switching on do not disturb in the settings, I still keep getting marketing calls. Update: still no changes. I think you guys should remove the app, as you are yourself suggesting to visit mobile site. If you cannot fix the problem just remove the app. Best thing to do.

Completely fraud app, once they got money, they don't know you. I take subscription by almost 5700 for 3 months, but once I paid, after sale is zero. The user interface is so much bad that even it tells unable to connect even when you are connected to high speed internet. Never ever subscribe. You will surely regreat and remember the fact that cheap people can't afford trust. So there is no point arguing with them.
