Hello, please improve your app, it is very pathetic for any customer. Now no one has time to repeat the same process again and again for login and registration. I want to login but wrong password is showing. On resetting it is telling that you are not registered. Now I am going to register, you are already registered. I don't know what happened. Sorry I have uninstalled now.

This is my 4th purchase. And this time i used the mobile application. I was bit hesitant to download seeing the other reviews.But to my surprise i didn't face any difficulty in finding products or placing orders. Above all got an extra discount with App. what else you need more. when it comes to perfumes,I'm in love with Bellavita now,it's so affordable and has a nice lasting fragrance. I should say,never had so many different perfumes in my wardrobe ever before,Now i can smell daily different.

Lot of bugs in this app. Page refreshes and switches back to main page whenever tried switching between wallet apps for payment. Order doesn't get updated in profile, had to text support for order confirmation and updation.

Money minded app, Focused only on sales and promotion. Not user friendly. No tracking of orders. Once you place the order, you are clueless about its status.

1) after registration it was not properly redirected for the 1st time 2)I was confused when I was redirected to the payment and it's showing me just payment to select the payment coupon and for any additional coupon I need to go back to the address page and then apply the coupon.
