Aviva's eCall assistance is a complimentary service for our Motor Prestige customers with the purpose to bring rapid assistance to our customers in the event of an accident.

In case of a crash, an eCall-equipped car automatically notifies our Claims Helpline who will then contact you or go to the accident scene to assist you. In addition, it will also inform your emergency contact which you set up with within this app, if any. This is especially helpful if you are driving outside Singapore.

To achieve this, we will provide you with an eCall device for you to connect to your car with this app via Bluetooth using your mobile phone.  You should also have internet connection on your mobile phone. The same service is also extended to Your authorized driver, if any.
