App is great since it has a lot of brands in it—local and foreign. However, the app takes time to load and sometimes lags. Also, hope you could allow multiple selection feature for products in the Cart and Love sections. I have to go through each item, one by one, before I can apply changes.

My biggest pet peeve in online shopping for make up is that there is a stock photo of the product, but no color swatches available. I will need to exit the app and go on browser or another shopping app to check shades and skin swatches. I end up buying from other platforms instead. Otherwise, shipping is quite efficient. Products are of good legitimate quality.

Very easy to use application! It automatically logs me is so I don't waste time remembering my password. The search feature could be improved though. Whenever I search a product I never get an exact match and have to go through an endless list to find what I want to buy.

Products are quality products and there is only 1 delivery fee for all products delivered and delivery is within 2-3 days for NCR but 5-7 days for the provinces. Truly satisfied with the services. I also like the Beauty Manila awards because it gives us an idea of the products to look out for. Keep up the good work!
