This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Play by the Rules Magazine on PC Windows and Mac.

Downloaded the app but it says i need to subscribe. Tried to do that via the link but that doesn't work. All the articles say "private" cannot be viewed until subscribed ...but oh wait.. it won't let me do that!

I registered as a subscriber in response to PBTR email and downloaded the app from the link but can't download the magazine as it says I have to subscribe first ...... pretty hard work! !!
