Doesn't load the audio. Just a spinner in the orange circle. No data going in or out. Useless. I tried again at home on our fast internet. Still nothing

Except for 2 tours, that touch on a fraction of the museum's collection, there is no info that enhances or your visit, or makes it easier. Not even a map. Shouldn't that be the #1 feature?
