Very pleased with the Sunday Times E-Edition and the Print Version. As a long-time subscriber, I prefer both, though I foresee that the latter will see its days sometime in the future, sooner rather than later.

The app is great for reading the articles and should be commended for making life easier to read a traditional format paper easy to navigate on a mobile device. But not being able to renew or amend your subscription on the app is a real pain. Forcing you to login to the pc version every 4 weeks to resubscribe and the wait for the process to register should be simplified. How about offering Google pay or some other payment options?

Superb newspaper App. The ability to read the newspaper in classic newspaper form and toggle between the text format is pure joy. Two flaws though. Not being able to change the speed and language accent of the autoreader as well as reading of items like R and M in Rands and Million wrongly like meters instead of millions or Ms can be annoying.

Had multiple occasions where the new edition of the paper would NOT download even with subs up to date! Even now on FATHER'S DAY!! Uninstall/ReInstall removed all previous editions. Poor app. Just had to repeat this today!(15 Nov. 2020)

Every third month I get a message that I need to renew my subscription even though it active. Very inconvenient

I would not recommend it for the following reasons: 1. It is impossible to renew subscriptions 2. The "help" landline closes on the dot of the hour even though you have been talking to them for 20 mins 3. They cannot solve the problem that you have with the non download of the Sunday Times. 4. I have no Sunday Times today although I renewed my subscription and paid last Thursday!!! 5. Very Very dissatisfied
