This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing CertifyIST - Education Passport on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. What is CertifyIST ?
CertifyIST is a Blockchain infrastructure for issuing, verifying and sharing documents of
achievements such as school degrees, certificates, transcripts and more.
• Why Blockchain?
Without a doubt, the current paperwork system has multiple flaws when it comes to issue, verify and share documents of achievements. This is not only causing great mistrust to the system, but also costs academic institutions and corporations millions of Dollars per year. Blockchain Technology provides us a unique opportunity to design more efficient systems with better security solutions which benefits all the parties involved.
How it works ?
User first creates an account using our app or website. Once user’s PublicKey is generated, system allows user to request a document. Request process consists of multiple steps to obtain relevant information from the user depending on the document type and the level of education. Current version allows issuance wide-scope of documents from Primary School to PhD level. User’s can also request certificates obtained from 3rd parties if the relevant institution is registered by CertifyIST. After submitting the request user receives a confirmation e-mail. Once the user is confirmed, administration uploads the document in a certain time frame and notifies the user. Now the document can be shared with anyone using a QR code or a link by the authorization of CertifyIST.
