ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!! What's wrong with this app? I clicked the Install button. It popped up with a screen say "It will be installed in your device soon". I waited hours to see if it was installed. I tried to do it 3 times. But it has never happened. I did not see any install processing. Does anyone have the same problem that can help me?

App doesn't do anything. I have an online class that requires me to use blackboard collaborate, but I can't download it since there's only options for Windows, Mac, Linux, and Solaris. I have a Chromebook, and I tried using this app to get around that, but it just redirects me to the download page for the other platforms. Tried this on my phone too and it does the same thing.

I have no idea what Session URL the app is asking for. I click a join link from my class on canvas which used to work just fine before and connected me automatically. I have tried everything like inputing the PIN or Participant Dial In numbers,my name, logging out and in as well as installing and re-installing both apps. I was able to use this app without problems for a long time in the past. However, one day it just decided to not work on my device anymore. Please help me. This is distressing.

this app doesn't have access to the recorded videos, defeating the entire purpose for a mobile app.. though I thought this was a low hanging fruit and would have been fixed way back. but seems developers are just not interested in the usability of the app.. another app built for the sake of building things. disappointed.

My son needs this for his online school, K12, and we use a chromebook. So of course theres no support for us. App doesn't work, no compatable download for the program.
