There is constantly a delay of a second or two. It's really quite annoying because the snap shot function never captures the motion that triggers the camera. And no matter how u adjust the sensitivity settings the camera constantly seems to be talking pictures of nothing. And I can't seem to get the video function to work unless u manually record something. I have an SD chip in the camera n yet I never seem to get a playback option to work cuz there's nothing recorded. Not too impressed!

Awful! It works for 2 days and then you're offline, so whatever light setting you left off is stuck that way. I've contacted their customer service and they were NOT helpful. They suggested it was my wifi, so I followed their instructions. Nothing. They just stopped replying to me. Waste of money and time. They wouldn't admit their product SUCKS.

Camera connects to wifi easily enough, but when I move it to the place I need it (still well within my wifi range) it never connects again. Camera worked about 1 month. App is okay, but unable to consistently view recorded clips. They're on the SD card but can't view on phone.

Great lights have recess lights installed in my house. The only thing I don't like is when we turn them off using the light switch they flicker different colors until they get to the previous set color.

I have trouble getting the camera to record anything, even though it is set on hi( I cant even find that setting again). Only time is for watching live I rehooked camera after giving up for a year, dont know how to get your customer service but same problem. It captures the movement, like door opening, but the person stealing from my deep freeze is not captured. Do I need to subscribe to something to get it to record more than I snap?

App works great once its setup. Setup wasn't user friendly as some. Had to restart my phone and internet a few times during setup then it displayed great. Zero issues since!!
