Very very bad experience.Tried to order biscuits but failed. Their is none to look after the application.As a result performance is going to downgrade day by day. Always giving alternate and low quality item when it is not available. But not update the same in the application. And also you don't take any consent whether to give alternate item or not. The app is less app and more like a website. Keeps crashing. Not a smooth experience. Only that aspect made me giving 1 star. Otherwise no issues with shopping till date. Hate the app though. Opening it is a headache.

Very good app. for a small town like Malda for grocery, vegetables etc. May be upgraded for payment method( online). I appreciate the start up and it will become very helpful for Malda people once it popularised.
