This app was great until it was recently updated to allow shopping from the app. Since the update it has been very glitchy. It frequently logs me out even when I have chosen "keep me logged in". It will also sometimes just close itself and will not show keyboard when it asks me to enter credit card info, etc. I don't know what has happened, but the app has not been good since that update.

love goin to the store and trying the new smells and then ordering them online in the comfort of my own home, no lines or crowds. And shipping is super fast so you don't have to wait long to get your order, it's not same day like the store but if you have a lil patients and hate going out in crowds and lines( with their constant deals there are alot) then shipping time won't bother you too much.

I war happy with the old app but I admit I was one of the people who wanted to be able to shop directly from the app and B&BW delivered on that want. There are a few bugs that still need to be worked out with the shopping option but over all I'm quite happy with the app. I really like how easy it is to look up their current specials and my rewards.

Love the store...spend a lot of money there every month...but the app is in a loop and keeps routing me to the same log in page. It won't let me do anything because the rewards program is "not available in my area". They should be doing this "testing" of new rewards program to long time loyal monthly customers. VERY disappointed in the company for the lack in appreciation to regular loyal customers. Almost majes me not want to spend my money there anymoee and get stuff somewhere else.

You shouldn't have to live in a specific area to get an app. I've never had this problem before, I could care less about the rewards program and if it's available to me or not, I want to shop on the app and figure out if I can pick up in stores since there's literally no option to do it on the website. Just wanna save some time and money with shipping.

I can't get enough of the eucalyptus spearmint aromatherapy line!! I do prefer the cream verse the lotion only because my skin is so dry and the cream seals in the moisture better. I also have extremely sensitive skin that is normally picky to certain products. However, everything I have purchased from B&BW is a dream. No redness , no itching, and no skin reaction at all. Thank you B&BW for making such great products!!!
