This app seems to have issues. Most times I attempt to look up items or access my account, I get a message, "Something went wrong", then I get redirected to the home screen. This is very annoying as I would think that Bass Pro Shops would have a more reliable app since they are one of, if not the top, outdoor outfitter. I've tried to update the app, but I'm up to date. I've also tried to uninstall and reinstall the app, but that didn't work either. Very frustrating and I wish they'd fix it.

you would think with all the money this company makes.... they could make an app that works properly. you can't do anything with the app at all and it barely opens to use it, you take time to create a cart with all the items you want, go to check out and it shuts down and you lose everything. website is not much better.

This is one of the worst apps I've ever used. Searching, checking out, and pretty much everything else gives you the green will of death. Completing transactions is simply impossible. I generally put stuff in my cart when I can and check out from the desktop. Waste of time.

Glitchy and navigation is not very intuitive. Tried to make a purchase the other day and it kept clearing my shopping cart. Went online with the laptop and had 3 of the same items waiting. Wonder what they squander their profits on, it's apparently visible they don't invest in good applications.

One bug after another. Worked for a while and now after the update cannot check out. Customer service implied it was something I was doing wrong

Very slow and glitchy. Lost a cart full of 16 widely varied items. Lost other items saved for later and lists disappeared. Easier on website. Usually...
