I saw this app recommended on Blind Android Users. I bought, tried to read with a screen reader, but the app turned out to be totally inaccessible. I tried to add it to the family library, but I get an error message that says: "Failed to add to family library". In other words, a total failure. Ready to uninstall.

It's nice reader for reading ebooks you own from your local drive. Most good features are available: night mode, bookmarks, jump to page, text to speech, etc. There are some free books from the internet (mostly classics) but you can't search for them; you have to scroll all coz you can only search your own library. The free copies are okay but some words are joined (ex: thecat, absorball, beenabandoned). Would love it if we can highlight specific phrases and if there's a centralized "notebook".

While I like the simplicity of this app, there are some fundamental flaws: 1. What is the purpose of being able to listen to a book using the TTS engine if I can't do so with the screen shut off? 2. Why on earth don't you have a table of contents feature so that one can jump to a particular chapter? 3. Give us the ability to choose any TTS engine that we may have installed on our devices--e.g. Let me choose the Acapela, Cereproc, Vocalizer, or any other engine one wants to use instead of Google.

Update: 1. Missing lines fixed but right at the bottom of the screen with large blank space at the top. 2. Night mode works great but should darken both menu's when activated (Left). 3. Text brightness is a good idea but should have visible number change when adjusting along with arrows each side for fine adjustments. || I have been generous and upped the rating from 1 🌟 to 4 because you were very quick to respond & supply a quick fix. After you perfect the above it will be a 5 🌟 application.

Crashes on book import 100% of the time if books are on external storage (yes permission was given) . Cannot save to external storage. No true dark theme. Does not recognize that Google TTS is already installed and enabled. Incredibly, slow at loading books. Words joined together (does not happen in other readers.). Plus other annoyances and issues. Sorry, but not really a very usable reader at this stage. It gets a 2nd star for having some potential.
