Sadly the app lacks a real eq, there is only the dial shown in the screen shots. Therefore I'm having a hard time getting the sound I want out of my E6, I find the bass lacks some oomph and I know they can do what I want them to, but to get that I need to bring them to the "warm" or "energetic" presets which lose a lot of clarity. Just having a real graphic EQ would solve this issue and make them so much better...

Great app. I truly love B&O. Only issue currently is on volume adjustement. When you go back into the app to adjust the volume, instead of the volume being where you left it, it goes back to a predetermined point. This means that when you try to adjust again the volume can suddenly drop until you set again. This needs sorting. Otherwise great. What a sound from the Beolit 17. How do the do it. And it doesnt even weigh that much. Amazing B&O audiophile sound! Boom!

Awful app that for reasons unknown to anyone, finds it difficult to communicate to the headphones despite having done it several times before. Then randomly forgetting about them. Appa has basic functionality and basically brings nothing to the party. I don't use it unless I have to. (To add the sodding headphones again and again.

App often can't recognise the device. Currently it's not connecting at all and I've installed and uninstalled 3 times already and followed instructions. Finally connected ony 4th try. Seriously considering how much I paid for the e8 3rd gen earbuds, this is too much of a pain to work with. The earbuds will often need to be reconnected with the app and repaired with the phone too, rather than directly connecting going into the regular Bluetooth section of your phone like a lot of other earbuds.

Quite Awesome...!! Very Much Incredible Sound Reproduction Experience. Very easy to setup or connect with the Bluetooth. "Please, Never You Underestimate the powerful sound quality of this, Beautiful Beoplay Earpiece from Bang & Olufsen." Neat and Clear...!!

The app is easy to use but sometimes it takes some effort to connect to the headphones. I also would like to have more sound options. It would also be nice if dolby atmos was an option you can enable in the app itself.
