Keep interrupting for a darn rating can't receive the full benefits for the interruptions and the accent is hard to understand at times, the melody is nice and comforting

Have not yet heard entire 78 affirmations. But I really like the set up of this app. I like that I can quickly listen to a few as a pick me up. I wish I could change voice so I could recommend to more people (who might struggle to understand the accent).

I like this app because it contains affirmations as well as music. You can control the space between affirmations. I recommend 3 seconds. I am not sure the affirmations and music are timed.
