About this app

Bajaj Allianz General Insurance brings corporate learning to the fingertips of employees through MobiBuZZ. The objectives of the app are:

• To bring learning to your fingertips for easy access and portability.
• To aid job performance and professional development anywhere anytime.
• To facilitate dissemination of organization’s information at all levels.

Bajaj Allianz General Insurance employees can login to the app using their Bajaj Allianz account credentials. There is no user registration on the app as it is not expected for public use.

The app contains the following different types of content - Latest News, Articles, Images, Videos, Polls and Quizzes grouped in various categories. From the side menu, users can navigate to the different categories, view his profile and select available options. Users can read, view, like, comment, mark as favourite and share the different types of content to other employees in Bajaj Allianz and also participate in Polls and Quizzes. They can also share the app via SMS to employees who are not using the app. Search users option allows users to search for employees in Bajaj Allianz and view their profile. Favourites section displays all content that the user marks as favourite in the app. Downloads section displays the images and files downloaded by users from the app. "About MobiBuzz" gives information about MobiBuzz.

A user could either be a normal user or a leader user. Leader user can communicate with users by posting BuZZits (max 250 characters) and all users who follow that leader user can read his/her posted BuZZits. Every time a leader who a normal user is following posts a BuZZit, he/she will get notifications.

The app has been gamified which is based on user interaction. Users are given points for each interaction and the overall points are displayed in the user’s profile. Badges received for the different interactions can also be seen in the user profile. Leader user’s profile displays badges received for posting BuZZits and having followers. Leaderboard displays 20 users who lead the points table.
