The content is really good. however there should be an offline download option so that we could download and watch later within the app. and when watching it would be nice if we could have a screen lock or rotate lock. i subscribed as a dhiraagu customer, i can barely watch anything due to the slow speed. Overall it is a great attempt.

This is one of the best tech initiatives of maldives. The only suggestion is to upgrade the player as it can buffer in background while playing. Your exclusive sponsor Dhiraagu is not compatible providing enough speed for a smooth watch, so better include automatic options in player to cater the customer the best possible experience.

This application needs to be upgraded for example You cannot resume playing after you minimise the app. You have to start from the beginning and that's Damn irritating. Second thing download is incomplete all the time if you exit the application the previous download is also lost. This cost money and it's not in favour of customers. This is some major issues I have experienced. please try to rectify this.

I already subscribed but I can't watch some of the series It keeps on changing between play and pause at 00:00 and video can't be played - this only happens to some of the series I tried to watch It was fine at first But later on this problem keeps repeating idk why I already cleared cache Redownloaded but still nothing works So 1 stars I paid but can't watch the series

This app doesn't work in my phone. Requested to resolve the issue but they didn't help. The video doesn't load in the phone. Checked setting and everything but nothing happened. The subscribition for the month went all waste. It doesn't work.

Although it is a great initiative, I always have trouble with subscriptions. This time, I have been charged yet it doesn't show anywhere and thr account shows I didnt purchase anything. Feels more of a scam than anything else! I want my money back!
