I hear it when it comes on but there's no picture I have installed it uninstalled it then reinstalled it and it still doesn't work and my daughter has to play on my phone which I do not like her doing please fix

Just like with most of the other bf apps I've downloaded there is a huge black bar covering half the screen making it impossible to play let, alone see. Very disappointed.
