This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing UML - UNI Regensburg MediaLibrary on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

You can search the library via text-input, voice-input or by clicking through a simple catalogue.
For more info on how to use the app click on the circled question mark icon which is located at the first view in the upper right corner.
Only "free to view" content is supported right now.
