Very handy app to have, but can be improved by (1) speeding up the startup, and (2) organizing the provisions into Titles and Chapters just like in the Civil Law app

It's good. But please can you rearrange the content of the app or format it like the revised penal code for easier navigation. You'll be able to find provisions much easier if you arrange it like that. Salamat.

Need improvement. Not organized or sort out per title and chapter. It'll be more useful and efficient to use if it is sorted or organized compared to just scrolling it down until you find what you're looking for.
