App seems to work ok. It BS that I have to download it in the first place just to use tickets that I paid for (and a huge convenience fee on top of that). Axs can try to spin it however it wants, but we don't need an app for everything. I would have chosen will call, but that seems like even more of an inconvenience. So much for technology making things easier.

When I first downloaded this app to manage my tickets it functioned great, no issues. Everything was well laid out and easy to use. Then a few weeks later when I tried to log in the trouble started. I'd click in the log-in area to add my email, then it'd immediately erase it and pop up a fingerprint authenticator. Which. Will. Not. Work! I've always had trouble with fingerprint scanners, but this isn't about that functionality on my phone. It's the fact that the app won't let me log in normally and is trying to force me to use a fingerprint. So now I can't use the app to get to my tickets, thank god I had them emailed to me... Yeah, I'm giving this app a bad score until they fix whatever this bug or "security feature" is.

WHY does there need to be a QR code pop up every single time i tap something, i dont even have any valid tickets at this point. Transfer was not instantanous at all. Still waiting on my tickets emailed to me. Unfortunate that there is no email or phone number for customer service, would be nice since the online help form is too extensive and annoying to use

Avoid! I booked tickets last year and due to the pandemic the event was postponed. We can't get a refund as per the t&c's and as we've had a baby recently we then decided to sell the tickets. Tickets sold, only to realise that the event has been further postponed to next year July and you only get your money back 10 days after the event... So we're now looking at 2 years of AXS holding on to our money despite other people already having bought the tickets... dodgy is an understatement!

This app doesn't work, I never received an email for my tickets and no one answers the phone during business hours. .....My problem was fixed it was not the AXS app that didn't release my tickets it was the venue. They have arrived and are showing up in the app now. Thank you it looks as though the app will work fine now

The company forces you to install an app to use your tickets, or pay a fee per ticket to pick them up at the box office. Then the app tries to get you to allow it to have your location in the background. Untrustworthy garbage. Will never buy tickets from this app or venue again. Wasn't aware of this during my purchase.
