I've always loved this little app. It provides a great view of the news and highlights events that are not featured in the mainstream news cycle. Also love the ability to add custom topics and focus on local stories.

What a shame It used to be AWESOME with many options and filters. Now everything comes from Google news, Google is not trustworthy nor unbiased (they used to be) plus now the app loops on some kind of ad update then freezes on a black screen, have to force stop often! Shame on you for ruining a great app

Was great, is now pure garbage. Pulls everything from google news/you tube. Cannot add news sources, USA Today, New York Times, Science News, etc. Filters are usless. As a person who used to love google, it's hard for me to come to grips with how low my opinion of google has fallen, we are nothing more than a resource to these people, a crop being reaped. Uninstalling.

Needs a pull-down to refresh feature or at least an easy to access refresh button on the main screen.. now as part of the main menu options, it's simply too cumbersome to get there. Awesome app, I wish it was also available on IOS :)

Did love the App till Wall Street Journal hijacked the app. They hide their news feed under Google so you can't avoid their news feed. Then when you click on one of their stories it wants you to buy a subscription. Washington Post and NY Times joined in and are trying to force you to a subscription. They are also hiding feeds under Google so you can't ban their headlines.

It was a great app but lately it's stating my location is Bothamsall I've never even been there tried setting it to my location but still goes to Bothamsall reason for 1star
