Installation Instructions

This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Vlenza – Training App on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. If the APK file does not automatically open with BlueStacks, right-click on it and select 'Open with...', then navigate to BlueStacks. Alternatively, you can drag-and-drop the APK file onto the BlueStacks home screen.
  4. Wait a few seconds for the installation to complete. Once done, the installed app will appear on the BlueStacks home screen. Click its icon to start using the application.

Using LDPlayer

  1. Download and install LDPlayer from https://www.ldplayer.net.
  2. Drag the APK/XAPK file directly into LDPlayer.

ONE APP - THREE COMPONENTS

In the Student Assessment Component you can:

- View the students that need to be assessed.
- Book students using the in-app scheduler.
- Colour coding shows when students need to be assessed
- Use the map to see where students are located (on the map).
- Click the nav icon to open the students location in your phones navigation.
- Reassign students to another assessor
- Update the assessment status
- View stats of assessments done and assessments to do
- Contact the student by phone or using txt message
- Contact the student's manager by phone or using txt message
- Use and customise the supplied txt message templates
- Use the integrated communications log to track comms with students.

In the Course Component you can:

- View the courses coming up this week, this month, this year.
- Sort by trainer, by location, by course type.
- Use the integrated attendance register to record who has attended a course

In the Suppliers Component you can:

- Search and view details about suppliers or student workplaces.
- Use the integrated contact details and txt messaging functionality to communicate with them.
- See all suppliers on the map.
- Use the nav icon to open the suppliers location in your phones navigation system.
