Η Ειρήνη Σπυριδάκη γεννήθηκε το 1978 στο Ηράκλειο Κρήτης. Σπούδασε Κλασική Φιλολογία στο Πανεπιστήμιο Κρήτης, έκανε μεταπτυχιακά στο Ελληνικό Ανοικτό Πανεπιστήμιο και έχει παρακολουθήσει μαθήματα Ιστορίας Μοντέρνας Τέχνης. Μαθήτευσε στο εργαστήρι ζωγραφικής του Αζαρία Μαδανιάν, λέκτορα αισθητικής αγωγής του Πανεπιστημίου Κρήτης.
Έργα της βρίσκονται στο Μουσείο Νίκου Καζαντζάκη, στα Παιδικά Χωριά SOS, στο Κέντρο Αγάπης Ελευσίνας και στον Πύργο της Παιδαγωγικής Σχολής ΑΠΘ.
Είναι μέλος της Ελληνογαλλικής ένωσης καλλιτεχνών “NAUTE” (New Artists’ Union Travelling Through Europe), καθώς και της ομάδας καλλιτεχνών “Mediterranean Artists”. Παράλληλα μετέχει στη συντακτική ομάδα του περιοδικού τέχνης ARTmag.gr
