What a garbage program. First why not just be able to use a normal qr scanner? Like there is no good reason for this app to exist. Two the scanner sucks. Three I don't want to login to my google play acct within lionsgate as I do not trust them. The only reason I can see for this app is nefarious in that you have to give access to your phone forthe app for it to work.

This app is super anti-consumer. The app itself works fine, looks great; but why ditch the number codes to redeem a digital copy? And if you are going to use QR codes, make it ubiquitous so any scanner will work. This is some CEO or board members idea of how to get downloads to a platform and its ridiculous.

The app worked fine for me but I do find it annoying that I have to install an entire app to redeem a digital code, unlike pretty much every other studio that let's you redeem online.

Its quicker to manually type in a 16+ digit alphanumeric code than to get the hologram to scan properly. And for what? The movie could still be stolen using a 7 digit code.

Horrible Experience!!! Why do I need to download an app to redeem my digital copy? Oh wait, I can enter the code below the QR code? BS!!! Didn't work. Still had to download the app to redeem the code. Uninstalling IMMEDIATELY now!

Silly app that they force you to use. Just use a throwaway email or temp email. You get the full code after hitting redeem. I used that and just redeemed on vudu
