⚫ King James Version:
The KJV Bible has become a standard for English-speaking Protestants ever since it was published 400 years ago. It is the result of the effort of 47 scholars who were in charge of making a new translation of the Bible into English under King James I’s authorization in 1604.

The unique collaborative process in the creation of the KJV Bible brought peace to several old theological factions. According to the American Bible Society, the King James Bible was the only used in the English-speaking world for the next three centuries after its creation and almost every American president has been sworn into office with his hand on it.
