The mic volume/gain control is bugged and won't go above 87%. We need to be able to name our presets for easy recognition. The app is decent but needs to be fixed... Also, for 300$ I thought I would be getting a decent mic and not just top shelf speakers. That's not the case, the mic is horrible quality. Hopefully they can fix the problems by giving us access to the mics "hidden features" so we can disable/enable them at will. Penrose could be great but they're being held... Please fix quickly

The app crashes a bit when connecting but thats expected from a app in progress. I don't have a pc and with the audeze presets needing a pc to isntall to the headset i cant use them because the app doesn't read the files even tho my phone can download them. Please fix im on day one and love these already but with no pc to download the presets i can't get full use of these. Also not sure if being able to add a pic in the app to the menu background is a thing but you are able to

Had crashing issues on my S7, but I complained about them here and they were patched in a couple of days. Really responsive support from Audeze! App works well enough now though a bit laggy on older phones like mine. As many have said, I do wish you could name the EQ presets. Also, I am unsure what the 3 blue boxes are in the hamburger menu are... it let's you assign images to them, but I don't get what they do. Possibly 3 sets of presets if you have 3 sets of headphones? Anyway, gets the job done. Like everyone else with a PS5, I wish the app could control chat mix. I'd much rather the mic volume handled that task instead of Mic volume which is needed far less frequently. Also, headphone repeatedly says "CONNECTED" when out of range, which is annoying. Once is enough... and shouldn't it say "DISCONNECTED" once? Decent app, just needs a little more refinement to get 5 stars.

Will not work with S7 Edge. Update after 1/29/21: the app is now working with older android OS. Thank you for addressing these issues Audeze. Looking forward to stable support through future firmware updates with the penrose.

Does what it's supposed to This app allows me to control the volume and various frequencies of an Audeze Penrose. I use a Penrose with my PS5 and sometimes connect to my phone via bluetooth to make discord calls while playing. Supposedly if you have an Xbox you can customize the volume balance between bluetooth and wireless connections, which is a feature I would very much like to use on my PS5 as the console gets too quiet when also connected to my phone

Overall great app for penrose. I can easily change between presets and adjust volume. I just would like to be able to change the presets name, but it's ok.
