I just attempted to update my headphones firmware. After waiting an hour for it to complete, it shut off and when I turned them back on it wanted me to do it again. Worst part about it, is the audio sounds horrible after this "update"

I was finally able to install the firmware update with the latest release. It took a very long time to finish. Problem now is creating a new hearing profile. I found there can be a very long delay when making an adjustment to when the actually tone changes. Also the ANC is still sensitive to electronic interference noise from the internal Bluetooth.

I very much would like to start using these for what I bought them for, but every time I try to start the hearing test the app crashes. I'v installed the app on 3 separate devices (2 tablets and a phone) and get the same results with each one. I've tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling with no luck, either. Little help?

Strange experience with the hearing test: my hearing drops to zero at about 9kHz as expected. But then as the frequency increases further the app starts producing lower frequencies which I can hear again. As the amplitude is increased there's is a click and then these lower tones kick in and persist even as I reduce amplitude again. Is this a bug? I found pairing and installation easy. The required permissions are strange but supposedly necessary for Android bluetooth to work (really?).

When I first got the headphones I could do hearing tests, but after a few months I now get prompted for an update. If I firmware update the headphones via the app it seems to work, but trying a hearing test just prompts for the same firmware update again. Sad to see another kickstarter product to down the pan.
