I can't log-in! I keep getting a message "unable to authenticate user." AND yes, I've already tried doing a password reset. The result is the same! This app isn't working properly, just like the AT&T Call Protect app doesn't work either! What's worse is, I can't uninstall this app either!

Like so many others, I'm unable to sign in because it says "unable to authenticate user." Seriously...this app was just updated at the end of August 2020, yet no "fixed bug issues" were taken care of - Sooo, ya....I'd say it's about time to UPDATE THIS APP AGAIN in order to FIX THIS ISSUE EVERYONE SEEMS TO BE HAVING!!

Terrible! Downloaded as a new AT&T user. I'm connected via my smartphone which I just used to view some YouTube videos while connected to my AT&T WiFi. When I tried the app and selected "Ready to Use", the app tells me I don't appear to be connected to the internet. What!? Thanks for nothing AT&T!

Hey. AT&T!! How about you take down this worthless app. It won't authenticate me in the app but it does using the website. Yes, same user name & password! Clearly there is a problem with the app as this has been going on for past couple of months. Might as well take away app if you're not going to fix it.

Unable to authenticate user. Really? I've been with AT&T since 2000. Lately, AT&T always promises something and doesn't deliver. Then, I am left without the promised promotion, a higher bill, and missing service that I was looking for. So, of course, those who aren't even AT&T customers will win the prizes that us loyal customers are hoping for. This is what AT & T does. Once my contract terms are met, I'm moving on.

Useless! I've been able to log in exactly once in 5 months. Always gives an "unable to authenticate user" error. I would give it zero stars if I could because that is exactly what it's worth. I really think AT&T is using it as a selling point but intentionally keeps you from logging in once you sign up and start paying them. That way they never have to give you any of the benefits. That would fit perfectly with their customer service.
