I have to constantly uninstall and reinstall it at least twice a day because it forgets my receiver after a few hours but it works right when I install it. In my opinion, I think it would be better if the arrow buttons were bigger because its more convenient when you can browse channels without looking at your phone to make sure you press the button.

This app is as good as the customer support and service, garbage. It only
finds my Bedroom dvr and not my genie dvr even when putting in the dvr's ip
address the app is still unable to find the genie. And what's up with
asking permission to make phone calls? I'm about done with their stupid
prices and customer support There's more options available to me now so
you're about to get canceled.

Says it's connected to my TV but nothing happens. None of the buttons do
anything, no menus come up and "live TV" doesn't do anything but load,
showing the circle symbol in the middle of the screen.
